My Objective

I excel at finding things that are wrong in your sales, marketing, and customer success processes at your startup and fixing them, and then taking the things that aren't broken and making them hyper-efficient. I ask the questions you need to be asking, then leverage data to give you the answers.

Recent Projects

BalkanID

Sales Operations/Customer Success Lead
March 2022 - Present

BalkanID is an IGA startup founded with the intention to disrupt the cybersecurity software market. I was recruited to be their first revenue hire.

In the year I have been here, I have gone from handling design partner interviews and working with our product team to find product-market fit, to prospecting and closing our first five deals, to training our customers on our enterprise level security software, to managing user access review campaigns alongside our customer's cybersecurity teams that include over 200k access reviews.

Some of my work at BalkanID includes:

  • Inside/outside sales, including lead generation, scripting and conducting demos, collateral creation, and of course, closing

  • CRM and sales funnel creation

  • Creation of written and video documentation/training materials

  • Serving as the voice of the customer on our leadership team

  • Account management

  • Product interviews and feedback

  • Various marketing projects

EarBuds Inc.

Director of Growth Marketing
May 2018 - January 2020

I joined EarBuds Inc. as a marketing intern. As soon as I arrived I was identifying holes in our knowledge and processes, teaching myself the skills to fix them on nights and weekends, and ultimately utilizing those skills to completely overhaul every aspect of our marketing with great success.

It was by asking questions no one else was and then having the passion to teach myself how to find the answers that I was promoted to a full-time role, and eventually to the head of marketing.

Some of my work at EarBuds included:

  • Creating a new website to serve changing business needs, as well as drastically improve our SEO

  • Managing product and marketing KPIs that were used to inform drastic changes

  • Hiring and managing a team of three employees

  • Forging relationships with artists, brands, marketing agencies, the press, and other industry players

  • Inventing and implementing numerous growth marketing initiatives that more than tripled time spent in-app by users

  • Setting our social media strategy, leading to follower growth of over 5,000

  • Managing digital ads across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads)
